By accessing this Website, accessible from www.RustBaseDesign.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on RustBaseDesign's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RustBaseDesign's Website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

RustBaseDesign's Website — its code (including the base planner, the 3D base viewer and the raid simulator), its design, its text, and its database of base designs with the build costs, upkeep, raid figures, descriptions and 3D layouts we have collected, checked, calculated and arranged — is our work and is protected by copyright and by the database rights that apply under Swedish and EU law. The videos we link to, and the designs our users submit, belong to their creators.
Unless we have given you written permission, you may not:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise extract base listings, costs, 3D layouts, descriptions or other data from the Website in bulk or systematically, by automated means, including bots, scripts, browser automation and AI agents;
- copy, reproduce or adapt the Website's code, design, text or data — including by giving its pages, code or screenshots to an AI tool to recreate them — to build or run a competing website, app, database or other product;
- re-publish all or a substantial part of the Website's data or content on another website or app; or
- get around any rate limit, block or other measure we use to protect the Website.
You may of course browse the Website, link to any page, share links to your own builds, show the Website in your videos and streams, and quote a short part with a link back for review or commentary. Search engines and AI search or answer tools may read pages to show and link to them in their results, as our robots.txt allows; that does not permit building a copy or a competing database. Section 2 does not limit what this paragraph allows. If we find these Terms broken, we may block access and use every remedy available to us, including takedown notices and claims for damages.

All the materials on RustBaseDesign's Website are provided "as is". RustBaseDesign makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, RustBaseDesign does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

RustBaseDesign or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on RustBaseDesign's Website, even if RustBaseDesign or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Accounts and Signing In
An account on this Website can be created either with an email address and a password, or through a third-party sign-in provider — currently Google or Discord. Whichever you choose, the account is the same account and the same Terms apply to it.
If you sign in through Google or Discord, you are responsible for the security of that account, and you confirm that it is yours to use. Access to a RustBaseDesign account created this way follows access to the provider account it is linked to. We do not receive your password for that provider and cannot recover it for you; if you lose access to the provider account, contact us rather than creating a second account. We may end or refuse a sign-in connection at any time, and doing so does not by itself delete your RustBaseDesign account or the designs you have submitted.
