The Harbor is a small-group bunker base. Secret updated its costs after the video, because Builder's Sanctuary had shown the upkeep much higher than it really is. Building it takes 68,000 stone, 31,000 metal fragments and 250 high quality metal, and keeping it up costs about 17,000 stone, 9,000 metal fragments and 40 high quality metal a day.

Among the other duo bases on RustBaseDesign, it costs more to keep up than 63% of the 131 that list an upkeep cost and is about average on build cost.
